NLS Pharmaceutics Employment Scamers
Looks like I was a victim of a job "SCAM". These "PEOPLE" !
( [email protected] Douglas / HR Assistant and [email protected] had me hook line and sinker. Took me for $350 via Apple Pay card. I did all I could from my end to verify this company and these people. For the most part, I was able to verify some information but not all of it. By the time I was able to verify that NLS Pharmaceutics AG was "NOT HIRING", it was too late. They even sent me information with the NLS company letter head on it. BEWARE my fellow Americans. B E W A R E ?!?!?!?!

So, here is their information I was able to gather:

I was contacted by email, advising that I received a job offer from my resume posted on Indeed. I was advised to reach out to Frederick Freeman on MS teams and that the company was located in Switzerland.
After confirming that I received the job, I was asked how I would like to be paid without previously being sent any paperwork. In addition to my name, full address and phone number.
I immediately knew this was a scam and blocked the contact on teams.

This company offered me a very comfortable salary with paid vacation,401K, sick leave, etc. All interview process was done through messaging back and forth. A letter was sent to me that I was fit for the position. And they wanted me to buy the equipment and MacBook plus Programs that will be used. And I told them I would not send any money so they said. Do you want the company to take care of everything? I said yes, so they sent a check for $3998 dollars, which I am not planning to deposit. Upon receiving the check, my wife looked into the Better Business Bureau.

And we could not locate them plus on the envelope for the check, there was a different address from a John Smith. The check came in through UPS. Upon telling them we did not find them on ScamPulse.com And then we would destroy the check and send them a video. They said there was no need that they would put it as void. What a nightmare. But on the letter where I Accepted the position they asked me to sign it and date it. Now I'm hoping that NOTHING is done with my signature.
