I ordered from her company “ herbundant” on tiktok April 20th, I ordered the gut cleanse and breathe tea. I’ve contacted her on the 4th, 14th and 15th of may regarding an update on my order and she failed to respond back. On may 23rd was when I filed the dispute through my bank because she failed to respond to me about my order and I asked her for a refund and she still didn’t respond. I asked my bank to help me and they said they couldn’t refund me the transaction and to reach out to her which I did. I’ve reported her multiple times as a fraud and scam on Tiktok and they kept telling me they didn’t find any violation with her account or her content. I reached out you guys recently and you told me that the company’s business email which was [email protected] was either returned with no fowarding address or the company confirmed it is out of business. Maybe her business email doesn’t work but she’s still promoting her business on tiktok and she opened up a tiktok shop. When I first ordered from her the business address was 26205 Palace Ln Unit 201, Bonita Springs, FL 34135-6290 and when I checked her tiktok a couple of weeks ago she changed it to Durham North Carolina 27713. It’s not a full business address. Now when I comment under her videos about her being a scam and fraud , my comment doesn’t show up when I switch accounts. So she had to filter or restrict certain words because my comment doesn’t show up at all. Yesterday when I went on her business page on instagram and I was about to comment fraud and scam and Instagram told me to be careful with that word. So then I went to her personal instagram account and said you be scamming people with your herbundant business and I have proof, not even 6 minutes later she blocked me. I took screenshots of that before she blocked me. I also have proof of other people saying they ordered from her and never heard back. She is a scam!!!! I have all the evidence. Tiktok is allowing her to still promote her business after she done scammed people and I’ve sent tiktok all the evidence they need and they’re not taking it seriously.
