I have not received my order from herbundantwellness. I ordered from them on April 20th. I ordered the gut cleanse and breathe tea. Their website says processing shipping takes 3-10 business days but I still have not received an update about my order or if there was a delay. The only email I have from them is the confirmation email. I've been emailing them back to back still no update about my order so I filed a dispute on may 23rd and my bank couldn't refund me my transaction and they told me to reach out to herbundant and I did multiple times still no response. I reached out via their customer service, Instagram, tiktok, and through my email. The girl that owns herbundantwellness on TikTok still didn't send me my refund and kept positing on tiktok and instagram like it’s nothing. I have proof that I ordered and screenshots showing that I emailed her 3 times and I contacted her through her customer service but she failed to reply. So she is a scam and I want my refund back which was $50.97. Her personal Instagram is madeinindiyia and her account for her company is herbundant wellness. The account on tiktok has over 200,000 followers. Even someone said they reached out to her through customer service but she failed to reply.
