We paid to have our dog's DNA analyzed. We were given inaccurate results. When we contacted DMD, they denied any wrongdoing. They offered to use the second DNA sample. They then said the results were accurate and refused to refund our money. A few days later they sent an email saying our dog as a terrier mix. To date, they have not sent us an updated certificate, and have ghosted us. No apology or acknowledgment of error on their part.

I went on Yelp and Amazon reviews only to find we are not alone in being duped by DNA My Dog.

Kaity and Mindy are the senders of the emails.

You can see our dog cannot possibly be what they say she is. She is a white, small, terrier.
