Bought Vanilla Gift Card. Was never validated, tried to request refund. Notified BBB. Email send with contact info. Couldn’t get thru on email given, said having trouble with site but was given phone number to call & did. Sent copy of purchase receipt, gift card & copy of my drivers license. Now what do I do. I feel so stupid.
