The Business was unable to provide an online address or any information that is public information. It was for COVID-19 Financial Assessment Opportunity offering a hardship debt reduction program to eliminate or reduce credit card debt. This came via mail to an Illinois address. DO NOT provide your notice number for that is how they track you and harass you. If this company was able to provide information that is readily available to the public such as an online address it wouldn't have raised red flags. Please take caution and do not provide them with the notice number on the document.

I never responded after researching the company’s name. Apparently they been around since 2017 but with a different address and phone number.
