I ordered a Hex clad cookware set offered by Gordon Ramsey saying just pay the $5.95 shipping only. Now I find they are charging me for Fit Track City-up for $29.95 that I never authorized. They only sent a confirmation email but no tracking or shipping info. I have been trying to contact them to no avail.

Was told I won a Ipad pro. Paid 5.95 shipping. Was charged that and little bit later I looked at my bank acct and was charged 29.95 for some healthy app. And I saw that 29.95 was for a monthly subscription. I did not see anything about a subscription. And I wouldn't have ordered that.

I had to retire early (after 20 yrs) to raise my grandsons. So I needed at home work and was doing online surveys. On one of those sites I was offered a robo vac 'at no cost to you. Just pay shipping and handling '. I was under the impression that I only needed to use the product and write a review. 30 days later I was charged $149.95 , to the penny of what I had in my bank account. The item isn't worth over $8.00. I immediately called the people and was told a bunch of b.s., so I called them a couple more times to get different people. I told my bank, and now that I found these wonderful complaints, I feel positive I will get my money back. The silly vacuum gets high-centered on a cheerio.
Making me think maybe I misunderstood

Same like many of you I got scammed from this scammers! I received an email like I won one ear pads for free just to pay shipping 9.9 dollars! I did and after the month they charged me 132 dollars for nothing! I just saw the charge and going to call the bank tomorrow! Scammers!

I completed a survey for a "FREE" ice maker. Upon completion, you had to pay shipping charge of $2.99. This shipping charge turned out to be $5.74 then 2 days later another charge for $67.42. I called to inquire and was told I agreed to a subscription service to receive $125 gift cards to purchase goods from their website on a monthly basis since I didn't cancel the subscription within 48 hrs. After trying to dispute and request a refund I was told they can cancel the subscription but iam only entitled to receive 50% of the amount paid. Called my cc company to dispute the charges where I was informed the did refund 50%. They completed a charge back of the full amount and flagged my account so I wouldn't be charged again in the future by this company. Needless to say, I didn't receive my "FREE" ice maker.

Someone used my credit card and charged $7.95 and then, $67.32 a few hours later. The charge states that it came from YOURTRUEQUALITYFIREPLACE. I have never heard of them. Then, a few days later, I get a smartwatch delivered to me in the mail with a PO box address on the packing slip. I have disputed both charges on my credit card, and have done research that this company goes to Consumer Gadgets Direct. I went to their website and there is nothing on it. It's a gateway to steal money. When I looked up the watch they sent me, it's a crappy smartwatch that is supposed to mimic an Apple watch. Definitely useless to me. After I disputed the $7.95 charge with my bank, I received an email from [email protected], stating that I'm getting a refund for $7.95. What about the $67.32 they charged fraudulently? My bank has researched this company and found that they are a scam and is reimbursing me the funds. I have also closed my credit card, and I am waiting for a new one to be released. There is no telephone number to call them, and the PO Box listed is addressed to multiple "companies". Definitely a scam.

Well, I got blind sighted unfortunately in purchasing the ‘PS5’ from these crooks. Tried to call no response straight to voicemail. Emails not getting answered either. Luckily paid via credit card… 7742732747 if you guys are worried and need advice. I normally do my checks on these type of websites but was blindsighted in getting this console for the sibling until realising the format of the website was shady but only after payment

I should have known better, but like a couple of others have noted, I received a message indication that I was eligible to receive "free" ear bids for being a Verizon customer. Only charge was 7.99 for shipping. Then I received a charge for a bit over 100 dollars. When I called to inquire, I was told they would reverse the charge which they did. But within a few hours they charged it again. Very dishonest process across the board. I have filed a complaint with BBB and am filing a complaint with other governmental agency as well. Huge scam.

I received a text message stating it was Verizon Wireless and saying thank you for paying your bill and we have a free offer for you. Should have known better and I'm an [censored] for falling for it, but I clicked on the link and it was for a "free" set of ear buds, but you pay $7.91 for shipping, and I also selected to pay 7.58 for an extended warranty. I actually received the ear buds, but then two weeks later I received another charge for $109.88 for the earbuds! That merchant is KMSBrandsHeadphones.com, which I have never even been on their website, so not sure how they got my credit card information, except from GadgetsDirect2U, and when I called them, I left a message and have heard nothing back. I also emailed both GadgetsDirect2U and KMS Brands Headphones and have not received a reply. Luckily my credit card reversed the charge while they review, and I will show my emails, etc, and my original website order showing the "free" earbuds were paid for and it totalling 7.91. I hate these scammers, but even worse, that I fell for something free! How did they know I was a Verizon customer and that I had paid my bill that same day?

I answered a survey that looked like it came from Tmobile (I have been a customer of theirs for many years) that said if I answer the survey I would get a gift. After answering the survey I was shown a long list of gifts I could choose from and would only have to pay the shipping fee. I choose a pair of bluetooth earpods and was charged 9,99 for shipping. The product came a week later and the charger wire did not have the plug for plugging into a reciprocal so I used a different plug. The pods would not recharge. Then I borrowed a matching charging wire and plug and used that. It worked. so I emailed the company, "gadget source direct" to let them know they sent a defective and incomplete charging system. There response was that I "ordered" a set of premium earpods. They did not comment on the charging system being defective. When I read their response saying I "ordered" these... it seemed and odd choice of words to use because these were a gift in exchange for me answering a survey that looked like it originated from Tmobile. A few days later my bank calls me letting me know there has been some suspicious activity on my debit card. The bank and I determined it was a 109.88 charge from a company called HAYAG*PRODUCTS out of NY. Which I never purchased anything from. Turns out this "gadget source direct" company charged me for this gift. When I called them to understand what is going on they told me that I had and account with them that they opened when I paid for the earpod shipping and that I had 3 days to try the product and either return it and not be charged or keep it and be charged. I had not been given any of this information prior to that phone call. After an hour me of holding to expecting a full refund upon returning the product while they persistently haggled about how much, if any, of a refund I would get they finally agreed to allow for a full refund that I would get 2-3 weeks after they receive the earpods.
They mislead me with the survey looking like it came from TMobile. didn't clearly explain the details of the so called gift and took money out of my account without my permission. I will give a follow up after the return/reimbursement process is complete

I answered the quiz and selected a wrist watch on had to pay shipment of $7.95. My credit card was charge the shipping charges and also a membership charge of $59. I did receive a watch but no charger. I contacted support who told me no refunds or returns! I have notified my credit card because I did not authorize the membership.

I replied to a survey after seeing that I "won" a $100 gift card to Kohls. and all I had to do was fill out survey then choose a free gift (I only had to pay $7.95) for the foot matt I chose.
My credit card was charged $7.95 and $59.95 2 days later! I called the number associated with the statement on my credit card to complain about the additional charge. The woman on the phone told me that this charge was for a subscription that was in the agreement! I told her that I saw no agreement for a subscription and that I did not agree to a subscription! I also told her I wanted a refund and to cancel my order as well, I did not want the foot mat. She told me she would cancel my subscription. But I'm not sure I will get my money back. Luckily I did not use my debit card to make this purchase. I also alerted my credit card co.of the fraudulent charge.
She told my that I had $125.00 of free gifts to keep. I told her I did not want Anything from this company and would return the foot mat if I received it.
This is a Big Scam!

I was replying to a survey and at end, free AirPods was offered for doing the survey. I just have to pay for the shipping which was $4.98. I filled the information required and I noticed my credit card was charged for an extra $19.98. I waited for the item to be shipped so I can see the invoice.

When the item was shipped to me on January 19, 2021, the extra charge of $19.98 was for a "Silicon Protection Case" that I did not order. Also, the item was not AirPods, rather a Prime Wireless Earbuds. I shipped the item back on January 20th. I notified them via email on January 25, 2021 that I shipped the items and that I wanted refund. I got a reply on January 26, 2021 (from Heather L. Mattison from Customer Care Department) that they are confirming the cancellation of my account, without mentioning the item in question nor the refund I wanted. I never requested a cancelation of my account nor I knew about an existence of my account.

I emailed them to follow up on my request for refund on January 27th. Another email follow up on February 23rd. I've never from them again, nor I got my refund.

I think they are scamming people by advertising free AirPods and secretly charging the Silicon Case which probably is like $1 in Chinatown. People have no control when they charge our credit cards and we only not get the product advertised, but also charging us an item we never wanted. Equate the $19.98 to thousands of Silicon Case they shipped across the country, probably still doing so. This has to stop.
