Company calls and indicates that they are planning on filing a class action lawsuit against particular timeshare properties in Mexico to recoup money that timeshare buyers might have paid to agencies that declared that they could rent their properties for a fee. Several calls were received from an individual purporting to be Gloria Langley of Consult & Recover Case Management. It is interesting to note that the address provided on this company's website is in a high rise tower but it shows no suite number as do the other companies located at this address.
