Call was a recorded message stating that they realize they had over charged us for recent utility bills and would reimburse us $50.00 now and $30.00 on our next bill. To press one if I wanted a reimbursement, which I did. This brought up another person who repeated the same and said he needed some information. When I asked him who he represented he said," Constellation, your supplier." Which it is. He asked me if I overpaid $100.00 or more. I did not reply but asked him to call back when my husband was home in 10 min. He said he would. He did and his name came up on our caller I.D. as Alex Anderson # 1-347-437-6723. We did not answer the call but reported it to B.B.B. The only info I gave him was my husband's first name.

African American female going door-to-door wearing a Constellation name tag/lanaryd. Stated that she is teamed-up with ComEd and the ScamPulse.com to review customer bills to see if they are being 'overcharged' by two line items on their bill. Has a binder with sample bills and points out the 'correct' bill without the fees and the "wrong" bill with the two fees which she says she can correct/get refunded because our bill has reverted to the "default" billing. When I was not interested, she was a pushy, tried to continue to lure me by saying they also work with Peoples Gas, etc. and that I can go to illinois.org for more information...website doesn't exist. What reputable company goes door-to-door anymore without an appointment??? Could be legit, but seemed far from "normal." This was in the Hamlin Park/Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago.
