I placed an order on 11/06/23 to Consollude UK GB on 11/04 7646 for $72.62. I never got a confirmation email,

I attempted to contact the company phone number: failed, I attempted to email the customer service failed.

About info: This is on Facebook - Shoe box - confirmation from my bank card - they deducted $72.62 from Consollude UK GB on 11/04/23. I have emailed and called the company and reached a guy who stated he doesnt know what im talking about.
