I have purchased a Nintendo Switch - Animal Crossing: New Horizons Edition for $99. & A Nintendo - Switch 32GB Console - Neon Red/Neon Blue Joy-Con for $89. For my kids Christmas gift on oct26, & 27th 2020 and the company said I should receive my order between 3-8 days . I have called and left a so many messages, emailed support and I have gotten no reply. I have even requested a refund and still no reply.

I am a low-income single parent who's disabled and now because of this company I can't get my children any Christmas gifts. Shame on them.
