Ordered the MILO ball for my dog. Never arrived. It has been 7 months since I originally placed the online order. I have been emailing back and forth with company who refuses to refund my payment. They reply with "we already reordered your item to send to you"

this is such a scam. Nobody answers the customer service line. they must be laughing all the way to the bank

I purchased a product 4/28/18 and never received the product

I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue via e mail and phone calls Only a message machine They respond with “its on its way” numerous time or “we cannot locate the status”

I purchased two separate items from this website, the first one, arrive two or three months later, and broke,i have been trying to email their so called customer service for over two months the never respond....I also tried to return to item to business by emailing for this product for over two months, no-one responds, your stuck with what and when they decide to ship item, broke or not. I gave them negative reviews on facebook, got one response back saying to email their customer service,again kept trying, no-response. I feel like I've been conned,one

arrive damaged the other way to loud scares dog, no customer service whats so ever, unless you want to call china.
