The first number would not ring. The second number went thru and answered by a foreign woman. I disputed the charge. She said she could credit my account if I followed her instructions. I thought about if for a few seconds and then told her I would call my banks, because I don't use PayPal and I didn't know who I was talking to, she immediately hung up before I finished talking. I called my banks they found nothing suspicious, but indicated I should change my passwords.
