I purchased a product through FB, the "seller" had this company contact me for shipping details. Over the period of a month, they have asked for 4,000 to be paid which was reimbursable upon delivery. They never delivered the product they said they were hired to ship. I have sent a letter of demand for a refund, they are asking for $5500 additional to be paid.
