He stated that he was located outside of the sates and had arranged for sale of the vehicle for $23,500 via a company called Concord Auto Sales, LLC. I asked for some details about the car which I was provided but when I asked for an inspection of the vehicle, I was told that it wouldn't be possible. Based in this information and the low cost of the car, I became suspicious and called ScamPulse.com who gave me information on the scam business.
