Received a phone call from Scott Potter indication that I would be charge over $2,000 for vacation packages I purchased and did not use. He said he was with a Travel Solution Group and he wanted to help me fix my problem. He new my email, phone number, packages I had purchased, etc. I gave him my credit card number to which he charge $549.00. After realizing that I had probably been scammed, I checked with my credit card company and they said I had been charged that much by Concierge. I did have her close that account and send me new cards.
