My husband and I signed up with what we thought was a management software program for fitness professionals. It was an $8.99/month fee. After signing up for it, my husband decided it wasn't what he was looking for. He called and email to cancel the charges and the email bounced back and the phone number was for a different company. I've also tried calling and emailing. When I googled the address of the company, there is a different company located at that address. They charge our card every month for a service that is crap and we have no way of canceling. We've called our credit card company multiple times and they have not been helpful.
