The organization contacted me stating that my computer was at risk when it came to security updates. The organization then stated that they would help me correct those issues. Being an IT Professional, I proceeded to ask questions about license code, operating system, etc. to see if the individual calling would provide it, which they ultimately failed to do. Here is the information that I have:

I feel that it is important to contact you all on this to prevent others from experiencing stuff like this. It is important that people can trust legitimate IT professionals and it makes me sick that someone would even attempt to do something like this.
