The products were not as advertised on the website. I tried to obtain a return label for a refund, and they simply ignored by requests after multiple attempts. This website is a scam and they are heavily advertising on the internet. Please warn consumers.

Ordered a knit sweater from photo and written ad on Facebook describing a men’s knit sweater. Paid by credit card to receive a cheap polyester pajama top that had photographed a man’s sweater. It was not knit or wool. Requested refund and gave received a runaround for over a month that - first offering discount coupons then being told financial manager was reviewing. It’s a scam company that robbed us and has no intention of a refund. Shut them down!

The items that are presented for sale on their website are a complete misrepresentation of what was actually delivered to me as ordered. The items were advertised [censored]iday woven sweaters but what I received were poor quality printed designs on sewn material. In addition, a “free gift” for having ordered was never included in the products that were delivered.

Ordered a shirt on Dec. 14, 2023. It finally arrived on Jan 8, 2024. The shirt is nothing like what was pictured on their website. I received a polyester sweatshirt with a blurry decal imprint. The shirt is also too small. Attempting to contact company for refund but I'm not holding out much hope.

I ordered a Halloween sweatshirt on Oct 5th. It did not arrive until November! When it did arrive the material was made of cheap polyester and was not the color that I ordered. I immediately emailed customer service which I am still haggaling with because they do not want to send a return label or give me a return! They said they are not responsible for shipping and I have to send this back to China! The return label on the package says California. This is a fraudulent company with zero business ethics. The horrible reviews are all true and I wish I would've read them before placing the order. The company wants to send me a coupon instead of doing the right thing. I have told them that I will never buy from this company again. So have no use for a coupon. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a sweatshirt. Product was not quality in picture. Asked for return and got immediate response that they would refund 30% due to high international shipping prices and keep the product. Did not accept this and asked for return info and shipping label. Immediate response they would give 50% cash back and keep product. I could except this or send it back on my own.. The product they sent isn’t worth 50% what I paid and I paid shipping for it. These responses are automated and they end up getting money for a very cheap products that do not look like the picture they use to sell them.

This company does not stand behind their products. Products are cheaply made/uncomfortable and run crazy small. A 4x should atleast fit an size 14. Cannot get return or refund. Turns out it's in China and a $103 order was going to cost me $180 to return. Emails after emails, I'm stuck with terrible merch and wasted $103. I ordered on 9/11/2023, by mid October I finally received what can only be described as cardboard like material I wouldn’t have my dog lay on. They prolonged refund and return requests and ultimately I am stuck with the product. Stay far far from this place. I also found they claimed to be US company, but my charge showed up a different business name and a return would be in China and ultimate communication through PayPal was from India I think? I have yet to have a resolution

I placed my order for a sweatshirt on 9/30/23. After 10 days I contacted the company to cancel my order, but they refused, even though it hadn't been shipped. Finally on 10/24/23 I received my order, and it's horrible. It looks nothing like the soft cozy sweatshirt in the picture. It has terrible quality, like a football jersey. To get a refund I'd have to pay shipping.... back to China!!! It's a disgrace a company like this is allowed to be in business.

I placed an order via their website on 2/7/23. Received my order confirmation stating they will email again when the order is ready to ship. I never received an email so I reached back out on 2/22/23 asking for an order update and got a generic email about how it takes a long time to process and to be patient. Still nothing as of 3/7/23 so I emailed support again requesting a refund as still nothing has shipped and received a generic email back asking if I would accept a $5 coupon instead. On 3/10/23 I denied the coupon and insisted a refund. On 3/13/23 I received an email that they were sending it to the appropriate department for a refund. Still nothing so on 3/20/23 I followed back up via email about my refund and received another email that they are working on it. As of 3/22/23 I have not received communication or a refund. This is a scam!

Comstylish.com featured a legitimate-looking website with womens clothing and fashion. I ordered a dress on 18 January 2023 and paid $35.38. The order never arrived and on 8 February 2023, I requested via email a cancellation and refund as the order had not yet shipped. They did not respond to several emails but finally responded and said it would take time to process a refund and I needed to be patient. This was a week ago, and still no correspondence or refund.
