I was on my home desktop computer, searching a company through our Firefox search support. I had just finished typing in the name of the company, and this very loud...sounded like they use noise to intimidate people. Big blue box, saying DO NOT DELETE, OR CANCEL, YOU HAVE BEEN BREACHED ON NETWORK, THEY HAVE TRACKED YOUR IP ADDRESS on your Microsoft server. Call this number1-833-328-3329 to assistance. When I called the number, a lady with a foreign accent, answered. Tell me that she will help me to get my security back. Then, I was telling her the make of my computer, the line went dead. I ran into tell my husband, while I redialed. Another man, with a foreign accent. I think India, answered. He gave me some prompts, while my husband called ******** Computers, to ask if this was a scam and a hacker's attempt to get into my personal information. That man, told me to push the "Microsoft key, and another key" to get a search box. He told me to type in "ultraview.net". not sure about the "net" part. Anyway, then that company's link popped up, and it asked me to either purchase, or download. I asked the guy, "am I expected to pay for this security assistance?" The man said, "Oh no, no, no, no...just go ahead and push download." By that time, ******** Computers had confirmed with my husband, that those were definitely hackers trying to obtain personal financial information. The man was still on the phone, and was pleading with me to hurry, hurry....I will hang up if you delay any longer. My husband, well on his way to solve the hacker issue with ********, told me to hang up the phone on the hacker. I did. ******** solved the issue, and very appreciative. I do listen to you guys on The Chat. Thank you for your service. We are listening to you!!!
