I received this e mail and thought it was liegit and I have this product. It was not. They acce3ssed my entire computer and got my financial info (bank accounts, credit card info, etc.) I was able to get in touch with my bank and credit cards ini time to prevent the transfer of money out of my account but it was already in the proccess.
