I purchased two of these masks on July, 7th 2020. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I have constantly tried to contact this company about my shipment and it was sent back to the company by USPS. They refuse to refund me my money for non-receipt of product. They have stopped responding to my requests for a refund, and I cannot find an address to complain to the BBB. This company is a sham. It should not be allowed to continue to deceive people in the middle of a pandemic, through this website. It was advertised on Instagram as well.
