Complex Express is a website that sells collectibles and memorabilia. They are fraudulent. I waited over a month for my package, they stopped responding to emails, and there’s no tracking number for my order. After weeks of trying to contact them I finally reported them as fraudulent to PayPal and AMEX. I sent them an email detailing what I had done. Within two minutes someone called me trying to convince me my package was on its way. Turns out, they’re a Chinese based company.
