This agency contacted me and claimed to be hired by Comcast to collect my modem after I cancelled my service due to my residence burning down on August 20, 2020. I explained to them that the equipment was unable to be returned as it had been destroyed. This information had been clearly reported to Comcast after the fire. When I called Comcast to attempt to resolve it, they could not find any record of my account being referred to any such agency and confirmed that there is no equipment due. They transferred me to a different collection department who had no record of any claim either. Comcast declined to contact "Complete Recovery" on my behalf either and suggested I "block their number."
