Order placed and attempted to cancel within 24 hours indicated by website. Contacted support and received message and told no cancellations but reassured could return item once delivered. Had to press 5minskin support to obtain return delivery information. Item ordered 12/10/2022 and not received as of 12/22/2022. Website stated 2-4 days for delivery. Support directed to track device with website link to AfterShip/Ecom Express that stated item was delivered 8/3/2022 (4 months prior to initial order date). Contacted support and was told they are not associated with that company.

I placed an order with them on November 27, I have yet to receive a tracking number . I have yet to receive an information. I’ve tried emailing them , no response. Calling no response . They won’t give me a refund and they are reading all my messages on Instagram
