Received messager from known friend name. But I never get a messager from her

Msgr: Said WCAB gave. Her $150,000 and I should contact James Robert Sr 302-802-8087. Because my name still on winners list.

I tried to call my friend to tell her her account been hack but never reached here

I received a text from a friend asking me if I have heard the good news I said no he said he received some money see my name on there and that I should contact this Laura so I could receive my money I feel like it's a scam I'm not quite sure what is just too good to be true I hope I didn't mess up I gave them my name and phone number and email I haven't gave him any credit card or social security or anything like that and I won't has anybody else had this happen to them say it's UNF and wcab
