Here is the information about our User Panel which was created to optimize and improve the process of interaction between Operator and Employer. There you will see what packages will come to you. To access the Panel go to https://ui.compass-w.com/user/login.php

I have attached the User Panel Guide. It will help you to learn more about the User Panel. We will notify you about packages coming every morning and let you know if there is a signature required for a package to make sure there is someone to sign for it.

Once you get a package you should update the information in the User Panel. When a shipping label is uploaded you will download it from the User Panel, print it out and ship out the package within 24 hours.

If you ever get any package and it's not on your User Panel (it may happen because sometimes the information is added with a delay) - you should inform us about it immediately.

Please note that our customers usually order packages on-line, and all orders are in their names. This is the only way these orders can be processed. On-line stores will not put a different name on the order. That is why you should not be surprised when packages are delivered in different names. It will take about 4 business days before the 1st package comes. This is the address where packages will be sent to:
