Company called and said my online application was approved. But that because I was a high risk they needed to secure the loan with an insurance fee

I’ve been getting jerked around on the phone for 3 days saying they can’t release funds because of issue after issue. Needless to say I’m almost having a nervous break down because the fee they asked for I had to borrow from family. Which now I’m out and no loan

If anyone can help me or knows who I can contact please let me know. I feel so stupid for getting scammed like this… I’m usually so careful but also right now so financially desperate everything they said made sense
