So I was searching the Facebook marketplace for ice machines and I came across an ad and the ad was for a table top or a countertop ice machine that made nuggets for $50. It posted all kinds of reviews and I bought it and never heard from them again. I’ve tried to email them and email them and nothing. I’ve taken this to Facebook Facebook and give a crap less. Facebook still has this company and their advertisement I feel like Facebook should be screening their advertisements more.

I ordered an Ice Maker from Compantery Club when it went on sale March 28, 2021. I had been wanting one for a long time. March 29, 2021 I received an email that said they had shipped my order. They took my money, never sent the product. May 5, 2021 I contacted them and asked for a tracking number, no reply. June 21, 2021 same thing, contacted them no reply. July 23, 2021 contacted them again and got a same day response of "We found it for you, there was a problem with the logistics。We will cancel your order and the funds will be returned in the same way. This time is about 1-3 weeks.Now I will arrange a refund for you. i am sorry about that" Same day I replied that I did not want a refund that I wanted the product ordered. Never heard from them again.
