The scammer advertised their products on marketplace from Facebook. I purchased a product from them online but I did not look to check and see what their address was and if they had a phone number. Their only means to communicate is through an email once you purchase a product from them. My bank account shows that they had taken the payment for the product that I purchased. After several days of not receiving my product I checked online with them and created an account through them to be able to track my product. When I entered all my information on my account that I created it tells me that I have not ordered anything yet. But when I ordered my product I received an email from them to confirm that they had received my purchase and they gave me a tracking number as well. I have sent them about four emails at the email they provide to ask them where my product is and why I have not received it and to this day I have not received a response from them. Again, like I said the only way to communicate with this company is through an email that they provide. It has been over a year now and I have not been able to communicate with anyone from that company. So I'm pretty sure it's a scam and I know I will not receive my product or my money back.
