The website posses as a service dog company, has a intake form. Asking name, address, phone, occupation and health information. They reached out posing as a non profit that has service dogs available for adoption. They sent pictures and said it would only be $1000 because they received donations for the dogs training (which is common for some non profit service dog trainers). When I ask to do a zoom call to see the dogs and there business information they got rude and took me never to reach out to them again.
