I recieved an email and phone call from Community First Financial and told me I was approved for a personal loan. I'm having financial problems and I thought their business was legal because they had a website, telephone number, so they explained the process, so they explain about the upfront fee of $450.00+50.00 transaction fee, they emailed me a loan agreement by docusign I review the loan agreement so I didn't see no red flags because of the systems were legit. So, they told me to send the fee by using bitcoin and send it to the private invester. I did that. I call them back they had everything in order they confirmed my approval and told me I should receive my money within 24hrs to my bank account. The next day I notice there was no money deposit, so I call Community first financial they told me let me check what happen. They called me back and told me the reason why we didn't deposit money to your bank account because you didn't pay the tax fee. So I ask what tax fee, they told me it was my responsiblity to pay it. I told them you did not request any tax fees like you did for the upfront fee. So, they made it sound like it was my fault and we cancelled your loan and we will refund your month on March 20th, I told them if I can pay the upfront fee you can refund the fee and deposit it to my bank account there's no reason for the delay. I called again and spoke with someone else and I explain I need my refund today he told me he can move it up to March 8th. No deposit,I have left numerous messages and inform them I'm taking legal action against them and expect my full refund, pay legal fees, and for pain and suffering.

No one answers the phone. You have to say your name for them to accept your call or it goes to a machine. It is the same man at every extension
