I got a facebook message from a friend of mine saying the Community Development Block Grant was handing out money. They said I could apply and was eligible to receive some money from them. I called my friend and he said he never sent the message. Without checking with him I applied and now they have some of my information. My friend never sent the message nor did he receive any money. It was to be $150,000. I asked them to stop and I told them it was scam. I'm not sure they will. What can I do?
