A gentleman by the name of Michael Cook is on facebook and is advising for people to private message him to seek government grant. He'll send you the link to the website where you have to send your information and someone will text you. You would have to send this person "Durward Sigmon" your personal information via text message. That was already a red flag for me. He stated that I would have to pay for the tax clearance before receiving my grant.
