I completed an online form that states that they act as agents to help find lenders to loan people with bad credit loans. I was notified by a rep named James from the company. I completed the online forms and gave my bank info so that they could direct deposit money into my account. James came back and said my credit was a few points shy of score needed to get the loan and stated that they would do a credit boost to my account to increase my score. So they deposited 3 checks into my account saying it would boost my credit score. Each time they did this they asked me to send money back because it was the company's money and a way for me to eventually get the $8000 loan I was asking for. Unbenounced to me the checks were fake and they deposited the checks and signed my name on the back of them into my account. So something told me to look at the checks and saw that the checks had another companies name on them different from Community Credit Financial which is the name of company I thought I was getting the loan from. So I texted and told them what I found and that I was going to open a fraude investigation with my bank and that's when James admitted that I had been scammed and that I was never going to get a loan. He stated that they were scammers and did his this for a living because of the easy money. I pleaded for him to give me back all the money I had sent thinking it was legitimate money from his company as I was now on the hook for this money. The only reason I found out that it was a scam was because he kept moving the closing date back for the loan. James said he was depositing one more check to boost my credit score and that's what made me go back and investigate the checks. So now I have to file fraude claims with my bank and report this to the police so that I am not criminally held responsible for these scammers actions against me. If you ever come across this company. Please call the police. Please do not give them any information like I did foolishly. They prey on desperate people looking for financial help. I just hope that I am not prosecuted for being preyed upon by the authorities. Please be careful who you give your personal information to. This has been a nightmare and a wake up call for going forward about how I conduct personal business going forward.
