Type of a scam Employment
The scammers were impersonating staff of the real company. They used the real web address of the real company and real employee names. They were planning to set me up for direct deposit and they were going to send a check for office equipment and software. I did notice that their English was not very good but I thought that they just could not write very well. I have reported this to LinkedIn as a phishing scam. It seemed like I got automated replies so I have written them back a number of times. I have noticed that the job was already taken down. I hope the scammer/scammers can be located by their IP addresses or something. I think they may be in a different time zone because they were one hour early for the interview. I have also called the real Communicare HR department to offer them the information the scammers sent me. They said they already have it.
