Phone no. Left by "Jessica Kosac"(sp?) 972-544-5255.
Same day, vmsg left on my cell phone I will be served a summons.
Tues. 1/15/19, 8:58am Jessica Kosac leaves vmsg from 855-465-8138 that I will be served summons today, 3-5pm, if I am not available then I will be recorded as refusing summons and will miss my court date. She leaves no. 972-972-9122.
I call at 9:05am the 855 no. : No name, mailbox full, she suggests call her cell no., Not referenced.
903am--I call 972-972-9122: Melanie quickly tells me "No Jessica Kosac here" and that "this is 'OCN Investment Firm'"
9:07am--I call 972-544-5255.Melanie again answers, swiftly tells me I have "wrong no." I tell her I've been given 2 numbers to this business by Jessica Kosac--both lead to you. She says something to effect of "I don't know".
908am--i get call from 510-962-9862. I pick up , say Hello, pause other party hangs up.
I call the number, sounds like middle Eastern guy in a tech support center. He answers: "Commonwealth".
I ask"someone just called me?" He says "Yes (my name), are you (my name)?"
I say : I am
He asks me twice more my name, which I hope I did not say "yes"--as this is a mistake I was reminded. I ask why he's calling, he asks 2x for last 4 digits of my SSN which I tell him is "none of your business". He says must get so he can share "personal business matter with me".
I said "Untrue. Mail it", believing him to be fraudulent.
912am--i call 972-544-5255 again. Introduced myself to Melanie, asked to speak w get supervisor. I'm placed on hold for 10 mins til I hang up to call other 972 no. --Automatically goes to VM. Ithen call 855 no--automatically goes to VM.
Today, Fri 1/18/19, 1056am, I receive a call from 510-962-9862. No vmsg left.
To date, no one has brought a summons to my home in my mother's home.
I would like for anyone contacting me to only contact my home address and cell number. Not my mother whatsoever.
I would like to file a complaint to have these numbers/business investigated to stop them from contacting my mother and myself.
