I received an Award Notification Commission, With a Corporate Judges Seal, saying I won 2million . They want me to send them a Check for $12.99 for an acquisition fee!!!!

Sound really shady.

The return address on the envelope is: Processing office/distribution center. P>O> Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110-2905. Authorized by: Larry Hourd, Executor of Awards. !!!!!

I tried to find it on the internet to no avail. Is this a scam?
