Solicitor of Commerce Energy, Inc came by to our door and represented herself as PG&E employee. She asked for our PG&E bill, put down our account number, and left after we had decided, and had clearly communicated, that we won't be pursuing business with them but are just going to stay with current service provider PG&E. Four months later on our PG&E bill a $29.95 charge appeared with the statement indicating that our default/original gas service with PG&E was switched over to Commerce Energy, Inc upon their request. This monthly charging of $29.95 was continued for another three months until PG&E finally took the service back again. A ScamPulse.com complaint has also been submitted against PG&E for billing a total of $119.8 for Commerce Energy, Inc as being apparent cooperator in this scam
