of a language conversion problem. Payment was resubmitted and accepted I received a receipt via e-mail saying payment had been accepted an order would be placed when the payment cleared.after a few days I received a tracking number and shipping company link. I began tracking and was told that the item would be delivered in June I checked Our mailroom and there was no delivery made to me but regular mail. I then contacted Jackmand and was told that the package was signed for and for me to check with our office here and that the package had been left in a parcel locker. How could it be signed for and left in a parcel locker? They then told me that they would reship it. They supposedly reshipped it with a new tracking number and shippingcompany. Now the new shipping company says the item is lost and they want to reship
