Site is selling product using someone else's photos and does not deliver goods that are anywhere near what they promise. They are charging premium and I was stupid enough to trust an ad from what I thought was a reputable source, which they're taking full advantage of. My attempts to work with them have been stonewalled. I escalated the case with PayPal, but PayPal is not helpful - they want me to return to sender, but the return address they've provided isn't the same as what's on the package that was delivered. I have serious concerns that any postage paid on my behalf will result in it actually getting to a recipient who will provide a refund. Also of note, my shipping label on this packet is stickered over the top of another shipping label coming from abroad with my name, despite them claiming to be a company in California. The whole thing is so scammy I can't stand it. I'm horrified they're allowed to continue operation.
