I initially placed an online order for clothing through this website on 6/25/18, and my payment was processed immediately. I was told I would receive shipping confirmation within 3-5 days. A month later I had not received any communication or product. I emailed customer service to inquire about my order, and asked to cancel, but they assured me my items would be shipped. A week later, I still had not received shipping confirmation. I finally did receive the products approximately 8/24/18 and the items were of very poor quality and did not look as pictured on the website. It took several emails asking about returns for them to respond. They highly discouraged returns, and offered me a $10 coupon. I was told I am responsible for any return shipping costs, which are expensive because it is international. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated and feel I have been taken advantage of. I hope no one else will have to endure their fraudulent business.

Do not buy from this company. A friend ordered maternity clothes for a trip she was taking. Paid extra money to expedite the shipping. She did not receive any of her purchases before my trip and have only since recieved one of the shirts she ordered. That was only after she emailed them at least 30 times. Since then she has emailed them at least 20 more times, they blocked her from their Facebook page and are now private messaging her the responses. She has tried to find other email addresses or phone numbers but cannot find any, I tried looking myself with no luck.This is my last resort since I can't leave a negative review anywhere. This site is definitely a buyer beware. She will be looking into having the charges reversed for non delivery.

I made an online purchase order for maternity clothing on June 30 2018. A charge was made to my credit card on the same day and I was supposed to receive the clothing within 7-14 business days. I never received a confirmation number or tracking number. After 14 days I emailed their customer service to see why I was not getting my order. They informed me that they had no record of my order at all, I gave them all the information I had about the order and my name and email and let them know I had a charge on my visa. They then asked for a screen shot showing that their company charged my visa, I sent them this picture and ever since they will not contact me back, I have sent them two more emails asking for a response and letting them know if I did not get one that I would report this as a scam. I gave them a week to respond and they did not so now I am reporting it.

I made an order from this company, they gladly accepted the payment, but (3 months later and counting) never sent the items. I’ve contacted them many times, and they will not offer a refund; the “best they can do” is to offer money off my next order with them....although there will never be a “next order with them”.
