Ordered "Comfy Air Sneakers" from website on December 5, 2023 with estimated delivery 5-15 days. Order #17610. Order acknowledgement included correct shipping and billing addresses. Received tracking information (Shipper PKD express) which was missing the unit number on the shipping address. Shipped from China Dec 7; cleared customs Dec 21. Then tracked from New York to Chicago to Des Moines (where I live) to Cedar Rapids to Indianapolis where it arrived Dec 31. All tracking information since then states "In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late". I have emailed the company several times (initially via their website) and received an initial response on Jan 8 saying they would respond within a couple of days which they did, telling me the shipment was in process - here are the tracking details. I responded back Jan 10 requesting a refund as I believed they had used an incomplete shipping address and the package appeared to be lost in transit. On Jan 10 they responded with the same "the shipment is in process" info. I emailed them on Jan 12, they again responded "shipment in process..." I emailed them Jan 15 with complete address details and what I thought the shipping problem was. They again responded with the tracking information. I then again asked for a refund, requesting status of the refund by Friday Jan 19 or I would consider contacting the BBB. There has been no further correspondence from them since Jan 15. I have tried contacting them via the phone number listed on their website but it just drops the call (no connection).

Ordered slippers for son through website which someone else also ordered- Refund policy states 30 days after receive item. My husband immediately tried to cancel order which was never responded to and then attempted to initiate return upon receiving item and there is absolutely no response to multiple email attempts. Phone number on website does not work.
