I ordered 2 chair covers and a sofa cover 118.00 deducted from my account I didn't get a order number nor a confirmation or tracking number they are blaming covid and want an order number which I wasn't given I want my order or my money back there is no way to contact this business per phone

Ordered Couch Covers back in January, "Shipping Label" created on March 9th, Now here it is April 27th, no Product, no money back, no phone number to call them.
