Purchase online the comfy bean bag/sac couple months ago. Didn't have me nay confirmation or tracking. Tried to go back to the website but there's no contact information who to get some help or information. Or even get refund.

I ordered a beanbag off a link from facebook on December 1st. Received a confirmation# through email for my purchase that said I'd get notification when it was sent(which was supposed to be within like 10 days). I replied to the email to inquire if the merchandise had been shipped. the website has no information as to their location etc... I was scammed for $59.00 :(
took my money- never got merchandise

No response from websit, no product and phone number is a busy signal. They charged my cashapp $196
