Placed an order on 3/15/23. My credit card was withdrawn for the price of sneakers 48.94 and another charge for an international fee of 1.47! A message was sent right after placing the purchase with an order number 13765 and that I will be receiving an email confirmation. Have not received any confirmation, have not received any email response I had sent and the phone number 507-218-7077 is just a busy signal! I got this message on 3/23... Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Its been sitting in China Ever since

I've tried to contact them several time through emails and the phone number that is listed and I have not received an answer and the phone number is always busy
I ordered 1 pair of slippers and tracking order says it's still in China and waiting on information from the carrier. Do not order from these people. It's a total scam.

I've tried to contact them several time through emails and their 2 phone number that are listed and I have not received an answer and the phone no's are always busy
I ordered 1 pair of slippers and somehow 2 pair are on the order.
I haven't heard anything at all from them Not even a tracking no.
I got 2 emails confirmations the first one with the pair I ordered and the second email there was a second pair added and the order no. is the same.

My son saved up money to bother you used for months and I the way have ordered them it still says they have shift and they’re on their way but they have plenty of time to get here and the number to their customer service center for them is no longer connected! If any of you know how I can make this right turn them in or do anything please feel free to comment on my post I’m ready to take these [censored] down!

Placed an order for 80.94 for me and my girlfriend on feb 4th. It’s March 5th and I still haven’t received my order. They gave me a tracking number for the app “shop” and you can see where the order is at if it’s even real but it’s funny because it was updated on March 3rd being processed in Hong Kong. I never thought anything can take this long to be shipped. At this point I feel like I got scammed 99%.

Yes they are a scam. I ordered the 18th and havent gotten a thing. From what I gathered they (someone) have a phone location in Albany-Guilderland, New York and its a Verizon provider phone number that doesn't work. I hope they get every Covid variant and have no access to meds or ventilators so they just cough into the painful abyss until passing away. They [censored]ed with the wrong one. Dont worry folks...they will pay. Sometimes a certain kind of force is justified.

I made one order for $38. It says shipped and provided a tracking number that never existed. I emailed them and they responded by saying to wait. When I mentioned that I will cal my Credit card company to request a refund, they stopped responding. Just save your money. They will never send you anything

I ordered a pair of slippers in Dec. and they came before Christmas. My daughters liked the so much I ordered 3 pairs, 2 separate orders. I got confirmation that the orders were shipped and I could track it using YunExpress. I tried tracking the packages and it only says processing no other information.I tried calling but the number is not valid. I tried submitting a contact form and it circles back to the purchase page. This is a scam site so it's set up so you can not contact them. To add insult to injury they have bombarded my email with advertisement of their scam company

I had a purchase of 88.93. It says it was shipped but no information doesn't show up. Tried emailing but they never replied. I tried calling the number but the number doesn't work.

I placed an order on this site for my nephew for christmas. Got an e-mail saying that my item was shipped. Been shipping for 2 still didn’t get anything. E-mailed 6 times no responses. The phone # does not work! This is TERRIBLE! I emailed them and the email they have listed says a whole different e-mail. Also tried to contact the shipping company and cannot reach them.

I ordered from this website on the 3rd and my shoes were supposed to be here by the 7th. I received a notification that it has shipped, but the tracking still says processing. I reached out to their customer service and now it says this phone number is no longer in service.
