I was searching online for Harper House butterfly mop refill no. 304R and found two listings on e-bay. unfortunately, both of them had been sold. Then I found another site that said they have two refills for $18.99. They showed a picture of the pair, which I later discerned to be a copy of the picture on e-bay. I filled out the information including my credit card no. and hit "submit". Received notification that transaction was successful, however, it said my order number is 1. This raised a red flag and I tried to cancel the order to no avail. Was not able to contact them at all. When I try to contact them it says that e-mail address and password don't match. If I try "forgot password" they say they sent me a password reset, but that is a lie. I'm sure I won't be able to get my money back, but I'm concerned that they have my credit card no. , address and phone number. I believe they are in China and would like to see them shut down so they won't be able to do this to other shoppers.
