I purchased this off a add on Facebook. I received it a month later even though I had reached out to the customer support about it, but they have very slow response time. Then I open it up and it’s some watered down version of what I was supposed to get. I received it near Christmas and was traveling, so unable to return in time they allowed. You can see in photo that it’s similar, but a lot missing from the actual product that I received from what they show online. Supposed to be 3 speed, mine is 7. The one I got has very little power to it. It’s just not the same.
