Please don't buy from this sit, I ordered some toy animals from here on the 30th October and it was supposed to be shipped in 5 working days, nothing and no replies to any emails, does anyone know a way I can get my money back

Ordered two First Nation silver & turquoise necklaces
1. Thunderbird
2. Goddess with 3 turquoise stones
No response to my email asking about the arrival date.
Wish I had checked scams alert before ordering...Why are these people allowed to go on trading?

Ordered 2 necklaces from them and neither has arrived.
1. Thunderbird Necklace £14.50
2. Another necklace with Native American goddess & three turquoise stones. ££17'60 approx.

Made a purchase with Comfort kapok and that was 5 weeks ago! No emails yet and no reply from them. I guess I just lost $215! I'm going to try to get my bank to file a complaint.

Made purchase at Cosynews.com (a "Comfortkapok brand", received email confirmation of purchase and to say another sent when item shipped. 2 weeks later still no confirmation of shipment. No response to emails asking about shipment or refund. Is there any way to get my money back?
