I am un able to attach the letter I recieved. The letter states that I applied for a credit card. HSN credit card when I have not applied for one. The company name on the letter is, comenity capital bank. There is no phone number for them.

I feel that this may be a case of identity theft, someone is trying to use my personal information. I can fax the letter, but I need to know what else is needed.

My elderly mother has been receiving harassing phone calls and postal mail from Comenity Capital Bank in two different locations charging her $150.00 for a 'catalogue' she supposedly ordered. She did not order a $150 catalogue and is very upset by the calls and mail. She doesn't know what to do about it, and I'd like to report this in case someone else is affected by this. They give two different locations, One in San Antonio Texas, and one in Columbus Ohio with Post Office Boxes as their address in these cities. She lives in a different state, and doesn't have an account with them. She hasn't paid the bill sent, and the people calling don't give her any exact information except to say that she owes $150 for a catalogue.
